Glossop SNT - School Engagement/Lunch time Drop-in Session
PCSO Buller of the Glossop Youth Engagement Team (YET) completed a school engagement at New Mills Secondary School, Church Lane, New Mills, today Tuesday 9th December 2025.
This was the last visit there by the team this year - completed during lunchtime at the school - which is held there between 1.20 pm and 2.00 pm.
By completing this type of engagement with the students it allows the team to gain insight into their perspectives, concerns, and challenges in a more informal and relaxed atmosphere.
It was also an opportunity to complete some of our Derbyshire Talking Youth Surveys with some of the young people at lunchtime today.
Thank you to the headteacher Mrs Heather Watts and all school staff for allowing the visits throughout 2025.
