ROAD SAFETY/SPEEDING

Derbyshire Police would like to address members of the community who privately own e-scooters.

The rules are quite clear and state that these vehicles , although appealing to some, are illegal for use on the public roads, pavements and spaces.

This message has has been personally delivered to members of the community this afternoon in Mickleover and Littleover who have had their vehicles seized by Police under the Road Traffic Act 1988.
