Mental Health First Aid training for young people

Mental Health First Aid (Youth)


The Youth MHFA Two Day course will give you an in depth understanding of young people’s mental health and factors that affect wellbeing.


It will also equip you with practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of mental health issues as well as give you confidence to reassure and support a young person in distress.


The Course is aimed at people who work with young people aged 8-18.


Course Dates

  • Cotmanhay Adult Education Centre - Monday 5th February and Monday 12th February
  • New Mills Adult Education Centre - Thursday 15th March and Thursday 22nd March. Times: 9.30 - 5.00pm
