Community Speed Watch Completed in Hadfield - Wednesday 27th March

Glossop SNT - Community Speed Watch completed in Hadfield

The Hadfield Volunteer Community Speed Watch Team completed an event at Newshaw Lane, Hadfield, this afternoon, Wednesday 27th March.

The event took place at the location between 12.50 pm and 2.00 pm. The speed limit on this road is 30 mph.

A total of 200 vehicles went by the team during the time the event took place. Only one of those vehicles was recorded driving at a speed of more than 35 mph  - this driver will now receive a letter of advice from the Police regarding their speeding in Hadfield.

Once again a big thank you to the three volunteers who gave up their free time and completed the event this afternoon. Oh and thank you to all the other drivers who adhered to the limit today.
