Drug Driving

We've been hard at work on speeding enforcement, and here's what we've found a number of drug driver's are hitting our roads.

We're dedicated to keeping our streets secure for everyone, and part of that means cracking down on dangerous driving behaviours like speeding and drug driving.

Zero Tolerance  Driving under the influence of drugs isn't just illegal- it's a serious risk to yourself and others on the road. Did you know that cannabis can stay in your system for days or even weeks after use? It's crucial to understand the lingering effects and avoid getting behind the wheel if you've recently used any substances.

You Can Help you suspect someone is driving under the influence, don't hesitate to report it. Your vigilance could prevent a potential tragedy.

Let's work together to ensure Ashbourne remains a safe place to live and drive.  Stay informed, stay cautious, and let's make our roads safer for everyone!
