Continuing with the work we are doing regarding nuisance parking and safety issues around Simmondley Primary School, PC Nichols and PCSO Turner from the local Safer Neighbourhood Team were there this morning (14.03.2025)
PC Nichols used the handheld laser speed gun to monitor the speed of drivers on both Simmondley Lane and Pennine Road, thankfully there were very few issues regarding excessive speed and there was an improvement in parking.
We will continue to monitor over the next few weeks. | ||||
