The Bridge Inn Update


Erewash Borough Council has issued the owner of the Bridge Inn, Cotmanhay a notice to deal with the ruinous or dilapidated building which is having a detrimental effect on the amenities of the community.

The Notice requires the owner to carry out works to ensure the safety and security of the building or demolish it, inline with section 79 of the Building Act 1984 within 35 days of the notice.

The full requirements of the Notice can be viewed at the site or online via the Erewash Borough Council website.
