Appeal Witnesses/Dash Cam footage Melbourne

Pc Belgrave 14914 of Swadlincote police Station is investigating a report of damage to vehicle in Melbourne.

On the 9th April between 08:30-5.10pm a vehicle was damaged by another vehicle whilst parked in Melbourne assembly rooms carpark causing significant repair.
