Glossop SNT - VE Day Celebrations at Gamesley

PCSO Buller of the Glossop Safer Neighbourhood Team had the honour of attending the Victory in Europe (VE) Day celebrations, graciously hosted by the dedicated team from G52 at their offices located on Winster Mews, Gamesley.

The event commenced at 12:30 pm and was marked by an atmosphere of enthusiasm and camaraderie, with attendees joyfully waving flags in celebration.

Following the festivities and a good old sing a long, participants enjoyed a delightful array of refreshments, including sandwiches, tea, coffee, and, for some, a more spirited libation. The occasion was further complemented by the serving of cream and jam scones.

This event was a remarkable celebration of community spirit, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude to the G52 team for orchestrating such a splendid afternoon filled with cherished memories and joyous moments.
