Community Notice Off -Road Bike Nuisance.

Dear residents,

Derbyshire Police are aware of ongoing issues involving the use of off- road bikes in residential areas, parks and public roads. These vehicles are often ridden illegally and pose serious risks to public safety, disrupt community peace and damage local green spaces.

We work closely with local law enforcement to address this problem. Anyone caught using off-road bikes unlawfully will face enforcement action, including potential seizure of the vehicle and prosecution.

We urge all residents to report any sightings or concerns by contacting Derbyshire Police on 101 for non emergency and 999 for emergency. You can also report incidents anonymously to Crime Stoppers telephone number 0800555111

Your safety and peace of mind are our priority. Thank you for your support in keeping our community safe and respectful.
