Appeal for information following attempted robbery under Holmes Bridge


We are appealing for information following an attempted robbery under Holmes Bridge.

The victim was walking under the bridge at about 4pm on Saturday 24 May when he was approached by two other teenage boys.

They threatened him and demanded he hand over his belongings but ended up leaving empty handed after being disturbed by passers-by.

One of the suspects is described as having brown eyes, brown hair, about 5ft 10ins tall and 14 to 15-years-old. He was wearing a black jumper and black and white trousers.

The other suspect had brown hair, was slightly shorter but around the same age. He was wearing a black jumper and black trousers.

Both were riding large Surron e-bikes that had black parts on them.

We are now appealing for witnesses or anyone who has any information about the incident get in touch with us.
