Community Speed Watch Event at Manchester Road, Tintwistle - Sunday 29th June

Glossop SNT - Community Speed Watch Event

The Hadfield Community Speed Watch Volunteers completed a Speed Watch event on the A628 Manchester Rd, Tintwistle - between 2.55 pm and 3.55 pm today, Sunday 29th June.

A total of 1300 vehicles were recorded driving by the team during our event this afternoon - and today 8 vehicles were recorded driving over 36 mph - The speed limit on this stretch of road is 30 mph. 

A big thank you from the Safer Neighbourhood Policing team to our 2 volunteers who completed the event this afternoon.
