Police from Buxton and Fairfield neighbourhoods Team visited St Thomas More Catholic School in Buxton today to speak to pupils from all year groups about Anti-social behaviour.
PCSO Woodruff & PCSO Cook spent the morning in assemblies leading a presentation on what ASB is, the potential consequences of involvement in ASB and the detrimental effect anti-social behaviour has on people’s lives and the communities in which it occurs.
The year groups involved in the presentations actively engaged themselves in the discussion and asked interesting and relevant questions.
The visit was organised in conjunction with Derbyshire constabulary’s #ASBAwarenessWeek which aims to raise awareness and help everyone to know their rights and take a stand against ASB thus enabling safer communities.
