School and Community Engagement during patrols.

PCSO Boswell from the Safer Neighbourhood Team spent some time this morning at Rowsley CofE Primary School speaking to the Key Stage 1 children regarding the topic of:” Role of Police” plus showed them around a police car.

The children were very enthusiastic and interacted well throughout the talk about the topic plus enjoyed looking round the police car.

During patrols around the town centre of Bakewell, PCSO Boswell popped into the Bakewell Methodist Church who were running their coffee morning which takes place every Monday between 10am and 12noon at the church and spoke to people who was present. In the evening, PCSO Boswell also stopped off at the parish council meeting in the town of Bakewell.
