Another illegal e-scooter off the road. This gentleman thought he could out-scooter Ashbourne SNT…….. but he was wrong. Thanks to a bit of tactical thinking, the e-scooter was seized under Section 165 of the Road Traffic Act.
Private e-scooters can't be insured, so they don't meet any legal requirement. That makes them illegal on roads and pavements. Richford's Recovery attended and took the e-scooter for crushing. One less nuisance on our streets Zero tolerance
