National Community Speedwatch All Out Day – 11 July 2025

On Friday 11 July, CSW schemes across the UK joined together in a coordinated day of action for the first time as part of the NPCC’s Op Spotlight which focuses on tackling the fatal four driving offences. I want to thank each and everyone one of you for taking part.

Derbyshire CSW activity

We had an incredible 140 volunteers join in on the day working on what was an incredibly hot day. Some groups being supported by our Enforcement officers and SNT’s.

42 Roadside sessions on the day

49 Volunteer hours spent on the roadside running sessions

13162 vehicles driving through our county’s sessions

645 vehicles recorded speeding

527 first letters

34 second letters

4 Hand delivered letters- 3 of these were high speeding vehicles.
