#3Arrested

Vehicle with links to auto crime and vehicle thefts is monitored travelling into South Derbyshire in the early hours by SNT, suspected involved in a recent theft of vehicle and believed to be returning to target surrounding villages.

Vehicle located in Willington and stopped in Etwall with stinger and vehicle tactics being utilised.

3 males from Warwickshire detained and vehicle searched. Inside, multiple tools used for breaking into vehicles were located, including lock snapping kits, OBD reader (used to clone keys), saws, drills and false number plates. Vehicle seized as used in crime.

All 3 males were arrested for theft of motor vehicle, drugs offences and going equipped to steal.
