Following our previous message regarding recent thefts of Toyota Rav 4's across Derbyshire we have been made aware by a registered user of the system of the following security measures available from Toyota Dealers -

Vehicle owners should be able to contact their Toyota main dealer as Toyota UK now offer a free Thatchem S7 tracker to those RAV4 vehicles vulnerable to attack

Thieves also use the canbus injection method by gaining access to the can bus plug on the headlight by pulling down the bumper . Toyota can fit a plate to stop this method.
