Message From Police Remembrance Sunday.

As we approach REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY .we will be supporting local communities in commemorating  the  service and sacrifice of our ARMED FORCES.

Police Officers will be present at remembrance events and parades across the area to ensure that everyone can pay their respects safely and peacefully.

We ask all residents and visitors to.

Allow extra time for travel, as some ROAD CLOSURES will  be in place near parade routes.

Show respect and consideration during the two- minute silence and throughout the ceremonies.

Report any suspicious activity or saftey concerns to officers on duty or by calling 101 OR 999 IN EMERGENCY.

We are proud to stand with our communities as we remember those who gave their lives in service to our country.
