Glossop SNT - School Engagement/Lunch time Drop-in Session
PCSO Buller of the Glossop Youth Engagement Team (YET) completed a school engagement at St Philip Howard Catholic Voluntary Academy, Sunlaws St, Glossop, today Friday 12th December 2025.
This was the last visit there for the team this year - and was completed during lunchtime at the school - which is held there between 1.20 pm and 2.00 pm.
This type of engagement, undertaken today with the students, allows the Police to gain an insight into their views, concerns, and challenges - in a more informal and relaxed atmosphere.
It was also a perfect opportunity to complete our Derbyshire Talking Youth Surveys with some of the young people during their lunchtime today.
Once again a big thank you from the Youth Engagement Team to the headteacher Mr Michael Kays and all of the school staff for allowing these visits throughout 2025 - and lastly to all of the students - particularly those who engaged with us and participated by completing the youth surveys.
