**Court results**
In October Pc’s Williams, Swindell and Holmes-Small on patrol spotted a vehicle being driven by a disqualified male, attempts made to stop the vehicle resulting in driver failing to stop.
Sean Emmerson 33yrs of Belfield Road Swadlincote was charged with: -
Driving whilst disqualified/ Driving without third party insurance/ Fail to stop and Driving without due care and attention.
The case has now been in court, and he has been given the following: -
Suspended sentence order - 18 Weeks suspended for 18 Months.
Rehabilitation Activity Requirement
Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 5 Years
