Witness appeal

We are investigating an incident of criminal damage after some festive lights were ripped from a Christmas tree in Chaddesden Park and disposed of in a nearby brook.

Another tree was also damaged and a bench was painted with graffiti.

The incident happened between 4pm on Tuesday 9 December and 10.15am on Wednesday 10 December.

Officers are carrying out enquiries and we are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident, or who has any information in relation to the crime, to please contact us.
