PC Holmes-Small completed a stop check on A444 for a vehicle with rear light out. It’s well known that the smaller issues can usually lead to bigger ones.

On completing intelligence and vehicle checks, the driver was found to have no driving licence or insurance and linked to vehicle cross-border crime. A search of the driver and vehicle reveals cannabis within. Driver interviewed for all offences and will be attending court. Vehicle seized under 165 and destined for the crusher.
