You said We Did - What your Safer Neighbourhood Team have been up to this month (January 26).

Hello All

Its been a busy month for the team, from attending Community Groups to hosting Community Catch Ups to being pro active around the areas. It's not all tea and biscuits 🍪 🍵 .

Along with assistance from our colleagues we have...

❌ Seized one vehicle for failing to stop due to the manner of driving.
❌ Stopped and Charged two drink drivers - one blowing 89micrograms of alcohol and the other blowing 105micrograms of alcohol - the legal limit is 35 micrograms of alcohol per 100millileters of breath. 
❌ Stopped and RUI'd (Released Under Investigation) two drug drivers - testing positive for cocaine or cannabis.
❌ Six Stop/Searches have taken place.
❌ One person was arrested for possession of cocaine.
❌ One person has been issued with A CPN - Community Protection Notice, for Anti Social Behaviour and Criminal offences in the area. 
❌ Eleven NOIP's (Notice Of Intended Prosecutions) sent out for speeding offences at various speed sites around the Ashbourne area.
❌ A Section 59 Warning issued on Dig Street, for their manner of driving.
