Officers Day- Eckington/ Killamarsh |
||
|
Resident
PC Wheelwright and PCSO Furmidge had a busy shift last night,
đ¨ It started off visiting a vulnerable person in Killamarsh after a concern was raised, it was lovely to spend some time with her and concerns have been eased.
đ¨ We checked out an abandoned vehicle at Renishaw.
đ¨ They then went on a CCTV hunt after Intel they received last week.
đ¨ Dealt with an ASB job at Fir Road, Eckington involving a group of youths, who were advised to move on and not hang around there in future. By standing where they do, this is intimidating to some and it will put them off going into the shop or to the flats that are above the shops.
đ¨ This was then followed by another ASB incident at Stead street Park, Eckington, again they were advised to move on and not access the park after dark, we get complaints about this area regularly. If these are your kids can you please remind them that the park is closed after dark?
đ¨ We then on patrols came across a possible drink driver, unfortunately he got away however officers know who he is and will be dealt with retrospectively!
đ¨ Their last job to complete for the shift when they were back at the station was to complete the paper work!
It was really good to engage and speak with so many people; both officers are on the late shift again tonight so let's see what the shift will bring! đ
