Today, we celebrate the incredible women within our policing family – officers, PCSOs, staff and volunteers – whose dedication, strength and compassion make a real difference in our communities every single day.
From supporting vulnerable people, to problem-solving in our neighbourhoods, to leading teams and driving change across the force, the women in policing continue to show courage, professionalism and passion in everything they do.
We also want to recognise and thank our male colleagues for their continued support, allyship and commitment to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. Policing is strongest when we stand together.
