It's been a very busy time for SNT over the last few weeks. Officers have responded to countless incidents, attended events, safeguarded the vulnerable and helped to support response. Here is a quick summary of some of the things we have been dealing with - ✅ Officers have recovered an off road bike from Lowes Lane, Swarkestone. The driver was dealt with for no licence, or insurance. ✅ Officers have been dealing with an increase in reports of "knock-a-door-run". Whilst this can seem harmless, we have dealt with several cases in Melbourne recently where damage and harassment have been caused by persistently targeting individuals. This is not a game you want to be caught playing. Suspects have been identified and dealt with accordingly. ✅ Officers responded to a concern for a male in Aston on Trent. The male was located and relevant safeguarding has taken place. ✅ Officers recovered a stolen bike from the river at Elvaston castle. This investigation is still ongoing. ✅ Officers have patrolled areas that have been identified as potential ASB hot spots in the community, including Moor Lane, Lowes Lane, Arleston Lane and Ambaston Lane. These patrols will continue and any results will be updated on this page so stay tuned.
