On a recent evening patrol, officers have spotted a suspicious vehicle on Swarkestone Bridge, they followed it into Chellaston and pulled it over. 

Upon further inspection, it was discovered that the driver had been using the vehicle with an invalid licence. As a result, the vehicle was seized and the driver was dealt with accordingly. 

Officers will continue to patrol and take positive action against crime.
