Today PCSO Northover-Brewer has been out to spoken to KS2 at Borrow Wood Primary School about group chats. They discussed the pros and cons of group chats and when to report any bullying that may happen in these chats.
PC Ripley and PC Donnellan have been out on patrol in Chaddesden and sighted a vehicle which failed to stop for them. However, their eagle eyes found the vehicle later on in the area and it was seized and recovered under Section 165 no insurance. Enquiries are ongoing for locating the owner of the vehicle. Afterwards, they were joined by PC Middleton-Rees who spotted a wanted adult male who was being recalled to prison. Additional units came to assist in the search for this male and after a short foot pursuit, PC Middleton-Rees spotted him once more and managed to detain him and he was lodged at custody.
Later on the team hosted an anti-social behaviour awareness stall at Derby Racecourse, St Marks Road. They were joined by Supporting Communities, who brought their van down. They spoke with many visitors and even had a friendly game on the consoles.
