Anti-Social Behaviour Awareness Week 

Evening all

A bit of a delayed update today as I was out and about from 10am this morning.

I headed over to Newton’s Community Centre to meet with Sophie Wager from Victim Support. We spent time speaking with local residents about anti-social behaviour and the impact it can have on individuals, the wider community and the important role Victim Support plays in helping those affected.

Later in the day, I also visited Town Ends Junior School to support our Digital Detectives for an assembly focused on raising awareness around anti-social behaviour online. We discussed what constitutes online bullying, the importance of staying safe and secure online and how young people can support one another in creating a positive digital environment.
