Engagements Yesterday and Today.

In between patrols yesterday, a PCSO from the Safer Neighbourhood Team visited Stanton in Peak c of E Primary School during the morning and spoken to Key Stage 1 children regarding the topic of Road Safety and listening to your parents.

During the visit to the school, the children were very enthusiastic about the topic and asked questions throughout the talk.

After visiting the school, officers dropped by the below events and spoke to people who was present.

• Eyam Church Centre Open doors
• Coffee and Company held at Bradwell Community Library, held within the Memorial Hall

During patrols today, a PCSO from the Safer Neighbourhood Team spent some time at the Youlgrave Family Fun Day hosted by Youlgrave Pre school.

By dropping in at school and speaking to the children about a topic of Road Safety plus spending some time at these community events mentioned above. It gives you, the community an opportunity to speak with your local beat team regarding concerns that you have, sign up to Derbyshire Alert, complete a “Community Voice” survey and ask about crime prevention etc.
