appeal for information- Nuisance motorbikes- Littleover and Mickleover

Good afternoon,

Throughout the summer months we have a project aimed at tackling nuisance off road and illegal motorbikes in Littleover, Blagreaves and Mickleover- something which peaks each summer.

The below photo is of a recent incident on the Great Northern Greenway, just off Station Road, Mickleover, but it is believed the individuals and group are riding in various areas of Mickleover and Littleover.

During this incident, members of the public reported they felt alarmed and distressed by their riding along the footpath, 3 abreast and had to step into brambles and hedges to avoid the motorbikes.

We are very keen to identify, locate and take action against these individuals who are having a detrimental and potentially dangerous effect on our communities.
