Commissioner invites public questions on ‘Bringing Offenders to Justice’

Police and Crime Commissioner Nicolle Ndiweni-Roberts is inviting members of the public to submit questions ahead of her next Public Assurance Meeting, which will focus on progress against her Police and Crime Plan priority of Bringing Offenders to Justice. 

During the meeting, the Commissioner will hold the Chief Constable to account on how Derbyshire Constabulary is delivering against this key priority and the impact of measures designed to improve outcomes for victims and communities. 

As Chair of Derbyshire’s Criminal Justice Board, the Commissioner is committed to improving the public’s experience of the criminal justice system and driving partnership work to make justice processes more effective and efficient.

The deadline for all submissions is Wednesday 19 August 2026. The meeting will take place on 28 October 2026.
