Glossop Youth Engagement Team - Round-up of Engagements

Glossop SNT - Round up of activities completed by the Glossop Youth Engagement Team

The team have now completed all of our planned lunchtime drop-in sessions for September  - at the following secondary schools 

Glossopdale School and Sixth Form, Newshaw Lane, Hadfield. Monday 14th September. 

Saint Philip Howard CVA, Sunlaws Street, Glossop. Tuesday 15th September.

New Mills Secondary School, Church Lane, New Mills, Monday 21st September.

By completing our lunch time drop in sessions at each secondary school it gives the team a chance to engage with the young people at the schools during their down time and in a more relaxed informal situation.

Glossop YET also took part in the Careers Fair held being at New Mills School this afternoon, Monday 21st september, specifically for their year 10 and 11 students, alongside multiple colleges and agencies.

The team would like to thank the headteachers from each of  the above schools, including teachers and staff, for accomodating our visits there - but just as importantly thank you to the young people who we were sble to engage with as awell.
