Community Speed Watch

We're delighted to share this post from Midland Fire Security Services Ltd who recently welcomed us to their workplace to talk with engineers about road safety.

A great reminder that Community Speed Watch is fundamentally an educational scheme, helping raise awareness of road safety issues and encouraging drivers to think about their speeds and the impact they have on local communities.

Thank you to our fantastic Community Speed Watch volunteers for the amazing work you do. Your commitment to keeping road safety at the forefront and positively influencing driver behaviour is making a real difference in our communities

Keeping our engineers safe on the road

We recently welcomed Derbyshire Constabulary Community Speed Watch team and DriveTech to Midland Fire for a driving safety session with our engineers.

It was a fantastic opportunity for the team to refresh their knowledge, discuss the challenges of driving for work and, most importantly, think about how we can all stay safer on the road.

A big thank you to Debbie Turner, Paul Cannon and Richard Musson for joining us and making the session so informative and engaging.

With our engineers travelling regularly to customer sites across the UK, road safety is an important part of looking after our people.

Thanks again to everyone involved!
