Hello, 

Just wanted to send an apologies message out to anyone who has received my last message with the typo error in the subject line.

As you can imagine we do have lots of tasks to complete before the end of our shift and sometimes, mistakes/errors are made.

Apologies if this caused anyone to feel alarmed reading.
