Good afternoon,

This morning, we attended a Remembrance service at Chaddesden Park alongside veterans, local schools, the Mayor of Derby, Councillors, partner agencies and members of the local community to pay our respects to those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

It was fantastic to see so many people come together to mark this important occasion. The service included readings of remembrance, a speech from the Mayor, and a parade involving pupils from several local schools.

This is a great example of the Chaddesden community coming together to remember, reflect and honour those who served and sacrificed their lives for our freedom.
