Witness appeal following argument and alleged assault in Buxton

We’re appealing for information after an alleged assault between a man and a woman outside a pub in Buxton.

The incident is thought to have happened between midnight and 2am on Sunday 8 March near to the Eagle pub on Market Place.

We’d particularly like to trace a man who said he’d seen an argument take place from a telephone box on Market Street just after midnight.
